How much is the washing and drying price per kg? What happens if my laundry exceeds the weight limit?
Klean’s laundry service by kg is priced at 20,000 VND/kg. At Klean, we always wash & dry each customer’s clothes in a separate machine to ensure hygiene & limit confusion.
How long does it take to receive laundry? Does Klean's laundry package include ironing service?
Standard laundry time at Klean ranges from 2 – 3 days. This is the time needed to check, classify, process, and dry the clothes. If you want to use the instant laundry service, contact the nearest store immediately for the fastest advice and support.
Pay before or after receiving the goods? Can I pay by cash or bank transfer?
You can pay when the staff delivers the cleaned and fragrant items. Currently, Klean accepts cash and bank transfer payments.
